It primarily ventures into video-based talent acquisition and skill evaluation services.with clear focus on offering a helping hand to employers and headhunters in filtering out the best of the breed talent they deserve in building teams. They help job seekers in finding their dream job/s in a novel way by creating their video profiles and portraying them in front of the employers and headhunters enabling them making quick and calculative hiring decisions. Our experience in providing automated online value added services including skill evaluation, sales aptitude testing and real time proctoring services gives us an edge in the market.

Business & Technical Advisors

Ranganathan Natarajan

Natarajan (Nats) has over 20 years experience and serves on the Board of Hurix Systems, HummingBird Corporate Travel & Stay and Anantara Solutions . Before joining Helion, Nats was Global CFO and Head of Support Services at Tavant Technologies. During his stint in Tavant he led key initiatives of strengthening and implementing several internal processes related to Finance, HR and IS; and championing organizational improvement programs. He helped Tavant grow to $60M in revenue.

Prior to Tavant, Natarajan was Chief Finance Officer and Chief Information Officer at Wipro ePeripherals. He worked for about 10 years in the Wipro group of Companies, in the areas of strategic business planning, financial services accounting, marketing, HR, Information services, finance and resources management, treasury and taxation. Nats contributed significantly to the profitability through treasury management, controllership and compliances. WeP was awarded the Best IT Usage Award by NASSCOM in the ICT Category in September 2003, an initiative led by Nats as the CIO.

He started his career in 1989 with SRF Limited, a manufacturing company based in Delhi. He is also on the advisory board of SCIT (part of Symbiosis International University).

He holds an accounting degree from ICWAI and ICSI and is a certified black belt in Six Sigma.

Rajnish Mittal

Rajnish Mittal is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and has 28 years of experience to his credit both in US and India. He is a University topper and gold medalist for his master’s degree in Economics from Panjabi University (India). He graduated in Math and Economics from the same university.

Mr. Mittal acted as a Financial Consultant to a number of business houses. His area of expertise includes Identification of new viable projects, Cost benefit Analysis, Raising Funds from both Public Sector Institutions and Private Equity Sources. He acts as Advisor to clients in their IPO’s, managed acquisitions and mergers. At present, Mr. Mittal is serving as a CFO with IMMCO Diagnostics in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Mittal is married and lives with his wife and 2 children in East Amherst NY.

Bob Dhillon

Bob Dhillon is a successful entrepreneur and investor in Silicon Valley for the last 30 years. Bob has been managing his own property business for the past several years and has been involved in many government and community activities.

Bob was an early employee at Amdahl Corporation, which quickly grew into one of Silicon Valley's success stories. He left Amdahl in 1976 to pursue a career in real estate. Bob holds BS in Industrial Administration from San Jose State University and Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Karen Ross

Karen Ross is a senior human resources professional (SPHR) from Society of Human Resources with over 25 plus years significant experience developing and implementing human resources programs and activities in alignment with corporate philosophy and business strategy. Ms. Ross has experience working for both Fortune 500 and emerging growth organizations. She has acted as an influential business partner with executives and staff to drive appropriate results. Ms. Ross serves as an advisor and resource on all organizational development and human resource programs. She holds a BS degree in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco, CA. She also earned a Certified Compensation Professional certification (CCP).
