  Talent Sketch helps facilitate jobseekers by creating and uploading their Video profiles, showcasing them in front of the employers and Headhunters and finally in landing the jobseekers their dream jobs.

• What do I need to Video record my Video profile & Video Interview?

  Talent-Sketch is a cloud based solution. You only need a Computer/Laptop (MAC or PC) with a Webcam.

• How much do I have to pay for this service?

  Yes, we are charging an offordable fee for this service.

• What value does Talent-Sketch add?

  At Talent-Sketch we believe, Charisma cannot be read from a piece of paper and a picture is worth a thousand words. Talent-Sketch is executing and implementing this in the form of a complete value added online application for Employer, Headhunters and Job Seekers.

• How can I create & upload my Video profile?

  Create your Video Profile in the four easy steps

  • Give your brief Introduction.
  • Highlight your academic background along with your college and university name.
  • Tell prospective employers – what have you done and what you want to do next.
  • Add information about your job & company preferences.

  Upload/add your Video Profile

  • Record & Save the video in an .AVI, .MPEG or .WMV format only.
  • It should not exceed 60 seconds in length and 5MB in size for best results.
  • Browse for your saved document and hit "ADD" button to upload.

• How long my Video profile will be available on your portal?

  Talent-Sketch will store an active your Video profile forever. A video profile with no updates for a period of three years is purged

• Can I update my Video profile, if I want to make any changes?

  Yes, you can update your Video profile by logging in to your account and update your Video profile by uploading a newly recorded file.
